Hoover LINX Cordless Stick Vacuum

[ad_1]

The Hoover LINX cordless stick vacuum is the best cordless that I have ever used without exception. The Hoover LINX cordless stick vacuum is very light and portable and easy to carry weighing in at seven pounds which makes it slightly heavier than other stick vacuums by about a pound or so. Though weighing slightly more it has twice the power and twice the battery life of all its major competitors and is by far the best buy on the market.

The Hoover LINX cordless stick vacuum has Hoover wind tunnel technology which provides incredible suction power allowing this vacuum cleaner to out perform many standard household vacuum cleaners. The wind tunnel system provides excellent edge cleaning and will make short work of cat litter, cat fur, dog hairs, sand, dirt and popcorn as they provide little challenge for the LINX cordless brush system. The brush system can be easily adjusted by fingertip control making the transition from hardwood floors to carpet and vice versa very easy.

The Hoover LINX cordless stick vacuum comes with a lithium – ion battery that maintains full power over about 98% of the battery charge, at this point the battery is deemed to be discharged and the motor stops. This provides a steady and constant power while you are vacuuming instead of the problem with many cordless vacuums where they get to about 50% of the battery life and they fade and die very quickly.

The lithium-ion battery removes easily from the stick vacuum and fits very easily into the charger, making perfect electrical contact when pushed fully home. There is an audible click and a blue light will come on to show the battery is charging. When the battery is fully charged the blue light will begin flashing. The battery charge time is usually 2 to 3 hours the first two or three charges my may take slightly longer than this.

Unlike most cordless vacuum cleaners the Hoover LINX stick vacuum has a good size dirt canister which is both easy to remove and also to empty. There are some issues over the foam filters which seem mainly to do with the drying time after it has been washed or cleaned. Replacement filters are relatively cheap and having a spare one would easily overcome this problem.

Overall the Hoover LINX cordless stick vacuum seems to be a fantastic model with many, many benefits, perhaps the most common complaint is that it only comes with one battery. Hoover might take this information on board and sell the LINX cordless stick vacuum with a pair of batteries so that one can be charging while the other is being used.

Despite these few drawbacks the benefits of this great little vacuum cleaner by far outweigh the few easily solvable problems that present themselves. It is for the money by far the best choice available on the market today.
